Disgust! best in workshop and shop

This jack was a Christmas present for my husband and when he opened it he felt sick and couldn't use it until he took it out of the box in February only to find that the jack IS NOT. T EVEN WORK! The jack doesn't go up and down, it just sits there. Do not buy from this company. Yes, I forgot to mention that the "returns window" is closed on January 31, 2021!
