You must be kidding if you think I will give a good review of this wallet. The whole point of a wallet is to make things super accessible and easy for you. As you will see in this video I am assuming that is not the case. Not only can he not eject the card, but he can't even eject all of them. These are instruction cards! Leather is beautiful, but the whole point of a wallet is to keep things simple and accessible. This defect is a HUGE issue that needs fixing considering I took it straight out of the box and it didn't even work. I've also watched videos of other people about their wallets and they have been given plastic paper between the folds of the wallet to avoid scratching if the skin dies on delivery. Mine wasn't, but luckily it wasn't scratched or it wouldn't be under warranty. Although it doesn't even matter because it seems like their customer service is lacking as well. I pulled a card from my wallet that gave me contact information to contact her if I had a problem or if she was completely satisfied. After I did that, they told me they would help me in 24 hours. never mind But I get an email from a rep saying it's under warranty and they will send a new one and then create a name that isn't close to mine, just matches the last name. And an address 2 states from mine. Not to mention the phone number was wrong. So I sent them the correct address and my real name. They also asked for a video to see if the defect was genuine. What I sent them, no problem. For reasons of confidentiality, I will not list representatives, but their names will be disclosed to corporate offices if this issue cannot be resolved. I'm still awaiting confirmation on getting a new wallet, so I'm sure this review will change as this gets taken care of. BUT, if they don't and they wait until the warranty expires, expect a really angry customer.
