Lifetime guarantee? For real?
It was great although it didn't last long because the whole edge and bevel was cracked! I'm willing to admit that this was an isolated case and have contacted the manufacturer to arrange a return and replacement as promised by their warranty, but they have not returned my email or responded to the claim form I filled out online . Bottom line, the bit was worse and the company didn't care.
