Review on 🥗 Cuisinart Green Salad Spinner: Efficiently Wash and Dry Fresh Greens! by Wayne Seba

Purchased to clean up a small amount of greenery from my garden for my family of 2.5. It worked great for that, the very first day I got it. I liked the drainage holes on the side to let some water drain before I continue spinning. Unfortunately my 4 year old daughter was intrigued by the spin and stole it to play with while I wasn't looking. When I later found it, the handle was broken at the base. It's only held in place by a thin piece of plastic, which allows the handle to rotate as you turn it. It is almost impossible to turn without a handle. I resealed it with epoxy and this allowed me to continue using it (albeit with great annoyance as I had to glue the entire surface and the handle stopped turning) for about a month before it broke again. There are many salad bowls, but now I will look for another model to replace it. Maybe with a knob to turn, or with a metal handle instead of a plastic one.
