Very cute but may run a bit big
My son wore this for his baptism when he was 8 weeks old (10lbs and 20.5in) I bought the 0-3mo and it fit a bit big in my opinion. I thought the bottom was supposed to be like shorts but they were like pants on him, which I didnโt mind because it looked fine.
