I love having a wall mounted cup holder and we have got lots of compliments on it. However, this rack has a major design flaw: the horizontal parts that hold the cups can rotate. We lost almost all the circles in the bottom row when the horizontal part came loose and twisted the hooks to the ground. I drank it again but now I just can't trust it with my favorite mugs. We're still using the rest of the rack, but I'll probably make a replacement at some point. I still give 3 stars because you can solve the rotation problem with epoxy or lock washers. In addition, if the hooks are turned up too far, it can also be difficult to place the cups on the stand and remove it. If you plan to use epoxy, test it first to make sure you like it.
