The HMR Chocolate Shake is the best tasting Meal Replacement shakes I have tasted. You can mix it with any flavors or fruit you want and it is delicious. I’ve mixed PB2 in my shakes to make peanut butter and chocolate shakes. This helps me to lose weight and I feel like I’ve had a treat. My husband drinks this every morning before work to keep him feeling full. I will be buying this HMR shakes again.
