Audi key fobs are not programmable unless purchased directly from Audi!
So I got a spare key fob and took it to the dealer for programming. Unfortunately Audi keys have to come direct from Audi so they tried unsuccessfully to get this key to program on my Q5. They said they had seen this happen many times and to this day have not been able to program a single Audi key that didn't come directly from Audi. I hope you can find a solution or just stop making people believe these buttons are programmable.
