I HATE OLD COFFEE AND HATE SPENDING A FORTUNATE CHOOSING COFFEE! Initially, I stored grains and ground grains right in the bag. (BAD IDEA!) Then I switched to regular airtight plastic containers. It worked for a while, and then the coffee went bad. waste of money. Then I heard about these CO2 tanks and decided to give it a try. And I have to say HOLY... Moly! This works better than I ever expected! I don't even have to force myself to drink 3-4 cups in the morning so I don't throw my coffee away. I can enjoy a cup and not have to rush across the country. Because I know it stays fresh for months! If you need crispy and fresh coffee for months, you really should consider a CO2 can. I just bought a BARVIVO can because I know their quality is always durable.
