Despite the bad reviews I took a chance and I'm sorry. It arrived with some damage - enough to be very upsetting but not enough to justify sending it back as its size and weight are a major inconvenience. Where to start: * The threaded holes for the roller pins are machined. to an extremely low tolerance so that if you don't try hard you'll easily snap off the Phillips heads. * Poorly packaged, parts loose inside * The door hinge pins go into the chassis with plastic bushings, while the actual hole in the chassis is much larger than the hinge pin. The lower one on the front door was completely broken, leaving the door loose and scratching the bottom edge of the door.* The pin on the front door's lower hinge was bent almost 45 degrees, as if someone had used a crowbar all the way to the door. . Whatever happened, most likely it was the same event that caused the bushing to break. >$100 sunk in repairs - top was listed and advertised as brand new.
