Like others who bought this product, I had problems

Like others who bought this product, I had problems. I usually buy wall anchors from my local hardware store but figured I could get an equally good product at Revain. I can tell you that of the 7 wall anchors in the set, two were removed and on two I reversed the screw to adjust the depth and the entire anchor came out. Not a quality product. Keep in mind.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Poor Quality - Drywall Anchor

First solution, difficult to screw into drywall. I thought I might have screwed in a bolt, so I pre-drilled a small hole and couldn't find the bolt. Second problem, one day finally managed to get into the drywall, broke 2 dowels and just screwed them in by hand. (Finally I tried drilling at low speed thinking maybe I'm just not strong enough to go through the drywall and in fact I broke another one. And made a big hole/mess in my drywall , which I had to patch.) I actually gave them those few…

Defective - Do not buy: Clasp

I don't understand the good reviews. Maybe I had a bad batch?!?I used them to install the main shelves in my bedroom. It was very difficult to screw the anchor into the drywall and required a pilot hole. I managed to avoid this step! When the anchor was finally installed, it wasn't quite flush with the wall, ugh! The second drawback - the nails were very difficult to screw in by hand. I ended up with a drill. Even with slightly controlled pressure and torque, the anchor broke. Maybe the screws…

anchor away! Love it!

To be honest I hate using anchors because it's usually such a chore and I kind of screw it up just because I'm in a hurry. Drill holes that aren't big enough or too big and then use a bigger or smaller anchor because I messed up. They make it a lot easier. A small hole in the wall to see where it goes and you screw in the dowel without drilling. Then just one more screw and you're done. Now I really use anchors when I need to, and it takes me half the time. If you're not Mr. Fix It, in my case…

Worked for me! in Anchors

They suit me. I set up shelves full of fabrics and crafts. I hung a rather heavy mirror. Work for me and the type of wall I have. The only time they bent or didn't screw in properly was when I hit the bolt, but you don't need them if there was a bolt. This happened because I didn't feel like checking the bolt first. So I spent a few anchors. no deal with me Very easy to use. I was able to screw them into the wall without drilling and a tiny pilot hole. Just forces you to drill them straight and

Poor quality as not American made as advertised

I often use self tapping anchors and find them indispensable. These are not good anchors as they do not take screws well. You can see these anchors on the left in the photos, they are strong and do not have a specially designed "kink" to facilitate screw insertion. In addition, the anchor head has a significantly reduced surface area. The plastic is pretty hard and will break. Also, I bought this batch because they said they were made in the USA (which I found to be the best quality overall)…

Toss Me an Anchor in Fasteners

This is the best type of Sheetrock anchor in my opinion. They screw in easily with a drill, seem to hold a lot of weight, and don't loosen or twist over time. You also don't have to use the screws that come with the anchors if you don't want to. Any screw with a relatively narrow size will do. As with anything else, there may be some uses for which they are far from ideal. For example, if you accidentally hit a bolt, you blunt the end and it won't go in - which seems pretty obvious since…

Pros
  • MADE OF HIGH-QUALITY PLASTIC: These drywall anchors are made in the USA from durable plastic that is built to last for years. In addition, the anchors can be easily removed if necessary.
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

They are terrible and will break and ruin your wall. See image.

I ignored the bad reviews and took a chance. and i was wrong These anchors consist of two parts: a narrower tip that needs to drill through the drywall and a screw part that needs to cut into the drywall and the anchor. Hard enough. I still had to drill a pilot hole. Then the screw section completely messed up my drywall, for lack of a better word - the sides cut out the drywall and made a MUCH larger hole on the surface and still too small a hole on the inside - so it wasn't even a fully…

Pros
  • EASY ROTATION THICK OR THIN plasterboard: Wall anchors and drywall screws have ribs as strong as nails. The strong ribs keep the anchor stable when you install it into the drywall.
Cons
  • High Price

A must have at home - Impressed with the weight they can hold.

I will review this item based on using standard drywall anchors. In the past I would have had to get my drill and some. I marked where I wanted to drill, put in the drill and drilled the hole. Drilling a hole always leaves a pile of drywall dust everywhere. I would then have to insert a plastic anchor, replace the screw head, and drill through the screw. These anchors make everything so easy! I drill through the anchors with a drill. They go right in and leave very little drywall dust! They…
