. I bought this to replace the original Wii MotionPlus body that came with the module. My 3 year old son couldn't figure out the complicated way to remove the bearing bush and broke it. I was very relieved to get this aftermarket hub as it installs and removes from the bottom rather than removing the module and removing the remote from the center of the hub. That should save me another purchase and is the reason for the slightly above average rating. It's made from the same transparent silicone (not silicone as the product name says -?) as the OEM case, but it's MUCH more. Thinner. It feels a little cheap and is less likely to protect the remote if dropped. It's also smooth, without all the lugs the OEMs have to help with the clutch, so there's a greater risk of falling off. Only time will tell if this thinner silicone will hold up to two little boys so I'm not sure if this is a good buy or not yet.
