Great product that brings back memories

I was dying to buy one of these because it just reminded me of my childhood. I really didn't need it so I bought it for my 6 year old niece. I put many different cosmetics and nail polishes in it so she can run her own "makeup shop". She likes that she has everything she needs. There is a small latch on the lid of the top storage compartment inside that she finds difficult to open and she kept forgetting it was locked so she just pulled on it. Now I just don't fully close the latch inside and there have been no problems. The clasp on the outside works great and is easy to open.
