I would rather give ZERO STARS for the product and BELOW ZERO for the seller! This is an update to my original review: the return period expired today, but I cannot return this junk! (A deadline, by definition, is the day or time by which something must be completed.) It may be my fault for not returning it sooner, but as someone with a severe disability, I often find such tasks difficult. . Also, the seller doesn't care about the satisfaction of its customers or the reviews of its products. You have not responded to my collar review or "Seller Feedback" I submitted. There are so many other LED dog collar sellers out there that I will never buy anything from this seller again. The width and vibrant color are good, but after a few short uses, the charging port inside broke. Now the collar is unusable because it no longer lights up. BOOO!
