If your project calls for a beautiful, professional look, this product is not for you. I was confident in purchasing this product (it came with the required screws - no guesswork as I had previously bought several plates separately a week before, along with some suggested screws which should have worked. They didn't fit either). Anyway, after drilling 4 pilot holes for each panel, I installed them with the screws provided. The heads are a bit large which prevents them from fitting into the countersunk holes pre-drilled on the plate. Instead, each screw sticks out about 1/16 inch.
