If you have sinus problems, migraines or GERD, sometimes you need to sleep in a more upright position than most beds will allow. Add to that an aching back, and you'll love it when your knees are bent too. This is a set of wedge shaped pads that cover all bases. I had a previous bed wedge that didn't fit me because your shoulders and head were at the same height when you lay on it. It has a cute little raised cushion that you can fold back when you don't want to use it. I love it. I've found that drinking beer with spicy food before bed isn't my thing, I rarely do it, but when I do, this pillow comes out. The knee pillow is also great for those of us who can't sleep comfortably on our backs. This keeps your knees at the right angle. A small side arm pad can be useful for a variety of things. I have used it several times to support my arm. Sometimes when you lie on your back, your shoulder rotates too much. When you first receive them they are vacuum packed and a bit flat. That's the problem. I have several of these mattresses. Just open them up and let them rise like bread dough and you're good to go. All covers have small concealed zips with narrow strips. Pillows can be squeezed out for washing. The covers are like stuffed animals with very short fur. Pretty comfortable in light grey.
