The benefits are clear when we look at both our electric bills & CO2 footprint per month.

I have been able to identify areas of inefficient operations (eg no air conditioning) which has helped us achieve savings targets faster than anticipated. It is quite expensive but worth every penny if you can afford what it takes! We now see significant reductions across all departments after implementing smart thermostat controls & remote access for maintenance staff to manage our systems remotely via web browser.
