perfect for cleaning bread dough
I bought this on purpose because I bake quite a bit of bread and bread dough always clogs the bristles of my dish brushes and sponges. This brush is the answer. I just toss it down the drain after washing the bowl and pans and all the bread dough falls off right away. I don't use it for other meals as it's not my favorite for regular meals although it works. But for washing dishes with bread dough (and other flour-water mixtures) - just a godsend.
