Have you ever tied 50 toothpicks together to make a sponge? Me too because it doesn't fucking work. But that's exactly what this brush is—densely packed stiff, inflexible bristles that stay parallel to each other. Zero suds when using soap. Even a finger is more effective than that. Whoever came up with this obviously has never used it.

I bought this on purpose because I bake quite a bit of bread and bread dough always sticks the bristles of all my dishwashing brushes and sticks sponges together. This brush is the answer. I just toss it down the drain after washing the bowl and pans and all the bread dough falls off right away. I don't use it for other meals as it's not my favorite for regular meals although it works. But for washing dishes with bread dough (and other flour-water mixtures) - just a godsend.

I was playing around with kitchen brushes. Either they don't have a scraper at the back or the bristles don't last. The green tag in the grocery store has bristles that partially melt and deform in hot water. I was surprised at how sharp the bristles were on this item. Despite being labeled as silicone, they still seem to deform. It's a bit difficult to corner with it. I'm still on the first brush, let's see how it goes.

I'm frustrated that this brush doesn't get into the rounded areas of bowls, casserole dishes or pots and pans. Doesn't hold soap well. Better made than sponges but not what I need. I will not buy again. Well made but needs a scrubber on the front of the brush for hard to reach areas. It would be but if this feature was added. I think the stubble is too long and I need something up front. It just doesn't wash dishes well. I've tried cleaning shoes and other household items but nothing works…
