Review on 📀 LG 4K Ultra HD 3D Blu-ray Player with Remote Control, HDR Compatibility, DVD Upconversion, Ethernet, HDMI, USB Port, Black – 2017 Edition by Darion Wooten

Good news. The device works as expected. Playback of 4K (and all other formats) is excellent. Download times are about 5 times faster than my old Panasonic Blu Ray. This would be a five star rating if it weren't for the bad news. The bad news. This is my second device, the first being returned by Revain. The first unit would turn itself off every few minutes and 3 of the 6 DVDs I tried would lock the unit up so I had to hold the power button until it turned off. I've decided to give LG a second chance and I'm glad I did (so far). But I found something re. When I opened the first device and tried to put the battery in the remote control, there was already a battery in it, which would never have happened in the factory. This leads me to believe that the device was returned from a previous angry customer. If the device were defective, one would hope that it has been carefully overhauled to fix the problems. However, it's entirely possible that the device was simply boxed up and shipped to the next disgruntled customer, me. So one star for LG customer service and five stars for Revain's excellent return service.
