Review on Jeep Wrangler Door Off Mirrors - All Wrangler Models YJ TJ JK JL 1987-2021, Gladiator - One Pair Door Hinge Mirror by Marco Wilson

Difficult to put on and take off and they whistle at over 40 km/h

That's fine, but only because they're cheap compared to other options. Day off. To put on / take off, the diagonal bar must be completely removed from the device. This takes a few extra minutes and is inconvenient. But I could get over it. B- The biggest problem is that these mirrors make a whistling noise when you drive more than 40 km/h. I assume it has something to do with the shape/exposed hardware on the back of the mirror, but you assume the manufacturer did something to reduce the sound. C- The manufacturer does not provide soft washers to avoid damage to the paint of your mirror. Ribbons. They come with metal washers, but you'll need to tighten these mirrors significantly to keep them from wobbling while you drive. A simple plastic, felt or rubber shim to prevent scratches/chips is inexpensive to provide customers with protection for their vehicles. Maybe I'm reconsidering because they're a budget option for wing mirrors, but these shortcomings make me think the manufacturer really cares less about customer satisfaction. Update: I bought a few parts from Home Depot. for $15 and built his own mirrors. No whistle and they turn on/off in 30 seconds.
