Works great! We use it for our weekly fish fry to get the fillets out of the batter, it holds up so much and now it saves us so much time - LOVE IT! They used that stupid ice skimmer where the fillets kept slipping off, now we just leave them in the batter, lift them all up and then put them in the breadcrumbs to coat them before frying!
