First (working) projector, I like it very much

After a bad experience with one of the "cheap" Revain projectors, I gritted my teeth and ordered a Home Cinema 2250. Although I don't have a meaningful frame of reference, I have to say that I'm very satisfied. Random thoughts follow; 1. I have a pitch dark room and the projector is too bright in normal mode. Lightens the room a bit. Ideal in economy mode.2. The sound is loud and of good quality. I find the criticism unfair. No, the speakers won't top a hi-fi system, but they're more than enough for showing kids a movie or something in the backyard. You need external speakers for your home theater, but you already knew that.3. Picture quality; it is excellent. I can say it's not 4k but for the price I can live with that. Permission aside, this looks great to me.4. I don't notice the fans when the movie is running, so I don't think they're too loud.5. Google TV is good, but Epson has made it easy to replace the built-in Google TV flash drive. I love it. I replaced it with my Roku stick. Works great, only needs two remote controls. It's like a projector with a built-in Roku TV.5. It just works. The only issues I had were with the Google TV dongle and I had no issues after replacing it with a Roku stick.
