Review on Kimola Analytics by Joseph Scalea

The best thing I love about this software is that it gives me all the tools I need to conduct my research in one place. It's easy to use, has a lot of features, and is very user friendly. I wish there were more options for customizing the look and feel. I like how it looks but would prefer if it allowed us to change the colors, fonts, etc. My biggest problem with KA is that sometimes when trying to add participants into the survey, it will crash or not allow me to save. This happens mostly when I am adding participants from different surveys at the same time. I also wish we could set up reminders for participants who haven't completed their surveys yet. We are able to track our website traffic which is great! We have been able to see where people are coming from and get insight into our customers' needs.
