You can't beat the price.
I have seen these bulbs in some stores for up to $20. When mine broke and I looked around for new Revains I couldn't believe how cheap they were. I've had my Mini Maglite for almost 20 years and it took just as long for the original and replacement bulb that came with it to burn out. I probably won't have to order them again. Maybe that's why stores want so much of it because they don't sell a lot of it because they're of such good quality. I just find it hard to believe that they sell bulbs for as much as the lantern itself. The greed is real.
