I bought these to write on stickers for our spice jars. The first set of markers I bought were just chalk markers, which turned out to be a disaster when my husband picked up the tin with wet hands. The label for the Italian condiment had something like "it" cut in half horizontally with a smudge. So we got these permanent markers, and the ink stayed in place. I intentionally tried to smudge the ink after it was completely dry and not moving.
