New Balance is the only running shoe brand I've found really suitable for wide feet, especially 4E or Xtra Wide. I've tried many brands and they are either too big or cut off one end right but make it too narrow as you get closer to the toe. They were very comfortable and I didn't have to break them in. I walk a lot due to my job and technical support, so they give me comfort and good grip when walking on different types of flooring. If you need comfortable shoes for work or just walking, give these a try. I had a pair of black and green Volts so I decided to buy a second one as they are still just as comfortable when I bought them.
