The mounting screws can only be installed by removing the plastic bumper cover to have enough clearance to insert the screws. It would be helpful to include this in the instructions. I believe there were only 6 that had to be removed to gain access. It didn't take long, but she was a little difficult to find. After the shell was removed, I was able to attach and secure the mount in less than 5 minutes. The lighting was bright. Just remove the taillight lens with a Phillips screwdriver and everything else is just plug and play with no extra wiring. Just make sure you have some zip ties to secure loose cables. The quality of this mount is very good. The only minor issue is that the flat plug that attaches to the hitch isn't quite as secure and occasionally slips out. I highly recommend this mount. Uhaul charges a minimum of $70 for the lighting kit alone, and it comes with mounting hardware and wiring. It even comes with a 2" rubber bushing insert when not in use. Overall great value!
