Review on 24 Inch Clear Franklin Brass Replacement Towel Bar, Bathroom Accessories, Bathroom Towel Holder, Model 662318 by Christopher Gonzalez

Best replacement bar without removing the ceramic holder

I really like the product: 24 inch towel rail except [instructions are wrong if you want it to fit well] I am grateful to the people who said this before me to have. bought mine. Although I thought it would be stiffer if it was, I wouldn't be able to heat the rod with HOT WATER enough to bend it just enough to insert without having to cut the ends. I was able to bend it just enough to fit the towel bar into the ceramic holders. This is my best advice for anyone who wants a replacement bar to fit snugly so it doesn't wobble or move. This requires some controlled force, so running hot water 6-8 inches down the center will give it a little more flexibility while it's still warm. Insert one end and bend it a bit (not easy, which is why I say "controlled force" and I hold my finger with a spring-loaded end. and carefully, as far as possible, insert the rod into its end. Once inside the springs hold it well from end to end without wobbling.Maybe even better than the original as it looks the same.It perfectly accommodates two large and wet towels.!I was concerned about durability as someone wrote that it flexes under weight but at 24" but it holds them well. Longer ones may not fit. I wetted (soaked) towels just to test them out lol. Very satisfied after two months of hesitation and using the hook on the bathroom door which has a full length mirror and triplets i hear about it regularly since it was blocked and i'm the one who broke the old one wife and kids are happy again now for the next household item other [As Alan King (comedian) said, "Everyone who buys a house DESERVES it."] It never ends.
