Poor customer service.
I didn't have any issues with the chairs but the table was another matter, the bolts didn't fit the glass, tried to get a solution with the company but they left me wanting, finally I decided to get some glue or something like that and that did fix it. Overall I'm mostly satisfied with the product but not the company, it's not the best quality but it does the job. I bought covers for the chairs to fit my taste, I find it kinda cute.
