Review on 🦈 SharkBite 23037-0000LF Brass Push Valves, 0.5" x 0.375 by Philip Latham

This item saved me from a dishwasher changing nightmare. The store charged $280 to install my new dishwasher (probably required a plumber and an electrician). Electricity wasn't really needed since I could do it, but the plumbing scared me. I had to switch from a solid copper pipe connection to a flexible hose style, which meant cutting off the old copper pipe and figuring out how to connect the new flexible hose. Luckily my friend told me about where to just put it on the copper end without having to solder. The flexible end is simply screwed onto the other end and that's it. No leaks, easy to use, and it gave me a secondary shutdown if the primary failed for any reason. This simplifies basic plumbing work!
