Broken cable during installation
I've replaced 15-20 screens and never had a problem. I connected the first cable and when attaching the second cable (which is on top of the first) the bottom cable snapped. It wasn't bent or deformed, it just broke. I delayed the install for too long and missed the return window so I can't tell if they would have treated it as a return or not. Very disappointed with the quality of this product, I would definitely buy another brand if I were you.
