Review on High Torque Mini Starter for SBC BBC Chevy 3 HP (9200, 12560019, 12563829, 12570230, 12564108, 12570823) - Compatible with 168 Tooth Flywheel - Rareelectrical by Todd Taniguchi

Starters received and installed. Worked well for about 15 starts. Then the Bendix began to grab and freeze. I've been asked to replace or at least repair the one I have. It says there that it will fit sbc with a 168 tooth flywheel. Exactly what I have. But since I don't have an OEM part number, they only refund minus a 20% restocking fee. No part advertised as BRAND NEW WITH QUALITY INTERIOR should fail that quickly. Just giving back less than you paid for it is not an option in my opinion. Wouldn't buy from them again. It doesn't stand behind your product for me. If it was when it was installed, yes, it could have been an installation issue, but it wasn't.
