Review on INNFINITY Property Management by Ken Wilson

I have been working with Infinity PM since they first started in 2004. They were very responsive to my needs as a seller of an apartment complex. The system is easy to use but can be challenging at times if you are not familiar with it. If you know how to navigate through their website and keep track of your listings and tenants - there isn't much that could go wrong! I would highly recommend them if you want to get into the business of leasing apartments or managing rental properties. As stated above, the initial setup was quite difficult without someone who knew what they were doing. There was some confusion about where certain documents should be uploaded when using the online portal. Once we figured out our process, things improved drastically. Now that I am no longer involved I don't remember all of the nuances of the system anymore.
