I liked how it worked once set up. He does exactly what he says. I didn't like the facility at all. It's like pressing a button until the indicator turns blue. Remove the collar from the charger until the indicator turns red. Hold the button down until the indicator flashes green. unpleasant. I didn't like the charging cable. It doesn't stay in the collar connector. It just falls out. Now it doesn't stay in at all and therefore doesn't put any strain on the collar. I will return the item and receive a refund.
