Well, this device is about as near an exact copy of the corresponding Littman model as you are ever going to find. A patent must have expired or something. The fit and finish of all components is excellent. You even get 3 sets of ear pieces to get almost a custom fit.And the money shot.The acoustics are excellent. As good as Littman? Pretty darn close. For 20% of the cost, the quality and performance is unbelievable.
