Review on 🔧 Dee Zee DZ16261 NXc Mount Bracket by Joe Garczynski

Uses these mounts with DZ16203 pens. Checked many tubes and pegs, even ordered 3 inch pegs and sent them back as they were too low and looked heavy. (They were a lot cheaper and came with brackets, I thought they looked good but they are wives.) Instructions come with a picture of them on the vehicle, not sure why Dee Zee isn't using them on the Revain . Place them on 4runners 13 Years Limited Blue Coastline as recommended on the 4runner blog. Fit verified on the Dee Zee website. are spaced 1-1 1/4 inches down and protrude 1 5/8 inches from the tires. Also put <1/4" in each wheel well. The mounts will cost you @4" of ground clearance. If they weren't so low you wouldn't be able to put most of your foot on them to use them. If they were taller , they would look better but they wouldn't work as well.It's a good compromise.The rubber knobs give a good grip and yes you have to order the mounts separately.The main reason they were sourced is to prevent wear and tear on the Avoid sitting by getting in and out.It took less than an hour to install at a leisurely pace.She's happy.
