Ideal for the laundry
In the 70's my mother used a boar bristle brush. This is a great modern replacement. The bristles are soft but hard enough for cleaning. I don't worry about fabric wear and tear. The size and texture of the block make it very easy to hold. My hands are a bit arthritic and never tire of rubbing the sleeves and pockets of my 4 winter coats, but I'm sweating. I have only used them once so far but would give them away as adult stockings.
