Good place to start. First, the product looks amazing! It's pretty cheap too. Some people have complained that the remote control receiver doesn't fit in the fan cover. Don't listen to her. There is a special slot in the middle of the main hanger. On which the receiver simply slides. After that you can easily put on a canopy. The main problem with the fan is the light. When it's on, it looks like a theater light. I wish they had used bright white instead of warm. Advantages: 1.) Super quiet even at high settings. 2.) Elegant style. 3.) Reversible motor (for heat dissipation instead of cooling). 4.) Reversible fan. Blades for black or brown blades.5.) Dimmable light.Cons:1.) When installing. They should have a seat belt style as someone else mentioned. It's quite difficult to hold everything while tightening the wire nuts. But I got it if you remove the green earth from the hook. And grab the radio receiver and plug it in first before you tackle the engine. It is much easier! Just plug the receiver into your home. Slide it onto the main hanger. Then take the soil you removed from the drop and screw it back on. 2.) The light on the fan looks like a theater light. It's kinda weird. So don't use it as the only light in the room. 3.) At maximum fan speed, it doesn't push as much air as a normal fan.
