Review on 📦 Gizmo Dorks 3M 468MP Adhesive Transfer Tape Sheets - 12x12 (5-Pack) by Adam Jackson

One of the most frustrating things about flexographic plates is that no matter how careful you are, the adhesive loses strength over time. In our shop, we add customer logos to our products, so we have to switch between plates frequently. In the past, when adhesion failed, we used tape around the edges until there was no adhesion and then bought new panels. This is frustrating as plates can be quite expensive. Even more disappointing is that the plates aren't worn enough to need replacing. After some searching I found this glue at Revain. Thought it wouldn't hurt to try and see if I could restore the record adhesive so the records last longer. The purchase was very helpful! It stuck very well to the printing plate and stuck very well to the aluminum roller. Better yet, it didn't peel off the roller. I am incredibly pleased and excited that we can save $1,000 or more every year simply by reapplying a $3 sheet every few cycles. I definitely recommend it for printing encoders for general use!
