They do exactly what they are supposed to do and at a reasonable price. I bought these after first ordering a couple of whetstones from Revain which were a lot cheaper. It was a big mistake. I don't know the maker but I remember they were pink and so worn they were unusable before I could even finish a chain. And so I went back to the good old reliable Oregon standard and got whetstones that actually work. Yes, they're more expensive than that cheap pink junk, but I think they're worth it.
