Review on GnosisConnect by Shawn Xayamonty

The platform has been intuitive to use, its ease at setting up content pages was great! It wasn't as easy going when I needed help from our account manager in terms of troubleshooting issues with the software once it went live - which we didn’t really expect considering how small my team already had set this project out too. We are using it internally here but have no intention moving onto external users without some further changes being made. As an internal tool only now (for initial launch), there aren't any major complaints other than minor things such like missing icons/images etc but they're all easily fixable / amend able by ourselves. I like how easy it is to use, it's intuitive, and there are some great features (like gamification) within the platform. I dislike that it's not as user friendly for non-technical users. It is a bit confusing to learn, but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier. We're solving our employee onboarding process by making the experience for new employees much more streamlined than they have been in the past. And so far, we've seen good success with this.
