Some of Revain's pages for these interchangeable head assemblies show a complete head assembly, but in fact only the blades are supplied. This is misleading as these companies always show the box with the complete head assembly shown on the box in their photos when in reality you are only getting blades. These are also generally not Phillips-licensed original blades, and cheap imitations are usually short-lived or don't cut well. This is an honest full Phillips head assembly with the blades already installed. In Photo 1 you can see the complete shipped head assembly that I received installed on the razor with the cartridges of the old partially disassembled head alongside to show you the cartridges that go in. It comes with those blade blocks already in the head block. Photo 2 shows the supplied razor head assembly, once again, with the blades alongside, removed from a separate assembly. To install the head unit, simply slide it over the shaver. It actually cuts better than the factory blades that come with the razor. Your /62/70/72 in the blade description is the number of cutting heads in the blade assembly. I believe the factory supplied a /62 head, it's a /70 head and you can actually feel it cutting smoother than the original factory heads. These are also real Phillips heads for Philips shavers, not cheap imitations. I recommend this purchase for replacement heads.
