What a great chair at a very, very good price. It is comfortable to sit without a pillow. Easy to assemble in an hour takes your time. All parts and accessories were included. I used a hex ratchet wrench instead of the one that came with it. When assembling, DO NOT TIGHTEN the screws until assembly is complete. Also, wait a day or two to install the wood end caps and tighten the screws after a few uses. Let the pieces sit on top of each other. The only screws you should tighten when reassembling as they bring the parts together for easier alignment are the 4.2 screws in step 4 of assembly. After all the details line up slightly, go over the base and gently tighten, then the torso. Then come back and finish tightening the base and torso. There was absolutely no need to push or pull anything to get the right tension. If you find you need to do this, go back and loosen the screws. Excellent chair, I recommend it to everyone. By the way, I received absolutely nothing for writing this review. After reading some other reviews and almost not getting this chair, I decided to leave reviews that people struggled with. They didn't follow logic, they followed instructions!
