Screws and anchors are the same size (diameter and length) and are compatible with older Rubbermaid Fasttrack systems (+/- 2015), but the heads of the screws are painted silver instead of white and are smaller. head, so you will need to use a small washer to prevent the screw from falling through the hole in the post.
