Review on 💻 BiTECOOL 2021 Windows 10 Pro Laptop, 15.6" Full HD IPS Display, Intel Celeron J4125, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD - Slim Design by Melvin Balamani

My experience with this BiTECOOL laptop was not very good. The laptop came up and Windows booted up successfully, but something was missing. Settings utility didn't open or searched for a second like it opened but didn't open. I set myself as an administrator, but that's not the problem. I've been trying to find a way to update Windows in case something is missing, but the process is through the Settings utility, which won't open. I couldn't find the BiTECOOL support site at all, other than the video we've all seen showing how to turn it on. No use... So I restarted the laptop and restarted Windows, with the same results. Still no settings. Without the usual settings, you can now do everything. No updates, no device settings, system security, scheduling, etc. Settings are the heart of the Windows operating system. Therefore, after hours of unsuccessful searching for a solution, I decided to return the BiTECOOL laptop. I would like to say that the Revain return was smooth, easy and flawless.
