I had to remove the intake manifold from my truck that had driven almost 200,00 miles. Most of the screws came out with little effort, 2 of them. I emptied the toolbox of my usual extraction tools that I tried earlier but couldn't get my hands on. There just wasn't enough screw head to grab the tools. I then went on to my local auto parts store to try a few other tools but nothing worked. My "Hail Mary" attempt was to buy these extractors and see what they can do. I tapped these pullers on what was left of the old, carefully chewed screws, and they clamped the screws tight enough to unscrew them. This is the real deal! I highly recommend them.
