I ordered the A-6 Blue bottle because I wanted to drink fresh, clean, blue water (Dasani bottle effect). This is a very pretty blue color. The white print is clearly visible and you can easily see the water level. MY OPINION, and many others will disagree: This 32 oz bottle is way too small for me. There are only 5 sips of water between the motivational sessions. For example, you only need to drink 5 sips of water per hour. I may be different from most people, but I'm drinking a lot more every hour. You should drink water from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., then fill up the bottle and drink from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Here's the problem I ran into... From 8am to 11am motivational notes, I drank in about 30 minutes with no problem and drank the entire bottle of water well before 1pm. In fact, I only use this as a basic water bottle and don't use the motivating steps printed on it, although they are cute. I also realized that I didn't read the motivational phrase at all and I paid a lot of money for it lol! It's actually a regular plastic water bottle, similar to the ones you can find MUCH cheaper in many stores. What makes it stand out is the removable screen, the carrying handle and the motivational words with the clock. For me (and obviously not for others) the bottle is WAY overpriced compared to what I used it for. But I won't give a bad review as the bottle is well made and it might be difficult for others to take 5 sips of water every hour. on the plastic bag it came in). There are no instructions, but you probably don't need them. The bottom of the bottle says "BPA-free," so hopefully it's true (how do you know that?). It is 3 inches wide at the bottom and fits most standard cup holders. This is not a double wall. Doesn't sweat. The removable wide-mouth lid makes cleaning easier and filling the bottle with ice cubes is child's play. The flip-top lid allows for adequate water flow and is positioned to prevent it from getting in your mouth. It doesn't leak even if I turn it upside down or shake it. The strap is good but not detachable. The inscription on the bottle is permanent and does not rub off. It doesn't come with a straw. Doesn't chill water Just add ice cubes if you prefer cold water. It doesn't smell or taste like plastic at all. Motivational formulation - 8:00 - 19:00 (with double filling). For this price you get one (1) bottle - overpriced in my opinion.
