The fact that this mouthguard is made in the USA and the customer service is excellent was the main reason I bought it because my teeth "grit". Putting on the mouthguard was easy - simply repeating the sequence of hot water followed by ice water and fitting it to the teeth and mouth properly took a little time and patience, but the results were well worth the time and little effort. The doctor works and not only gives excellent instructions, but also encourages. The first round was still a bit big for my mouth as the inside of my cheek was a bit swollen especially with the first use. But if you cut a little with the scissors, sand a little and rinse well, then the fit is perfect. It takes time, a little effort and patience to find the right size but I know they are safe to use and once again the customer service is excellent. You probably won't get that from any other mouthguard product here. The only other alternative is to pay a hefty price through the dentist, which is not feasible for many people these days. They work just as well as any dentist. I can only warmly recommend Pro Dental mouthguard.
