Pre-drill suggestions are correct. The holes should be slightly larger. For my 2001 DS club car, this MCOR really stopped the rough jerks it was experiencing at times. Unfortunately I didn't get a speed boost, but I'm glad the pedal feels more stable and powerful with this MCOR. Another thing to note is that people mentioning a five or 10 minute setup must be experienced and have all the necessary lifting equipment. to get under the wagon and get the job done. I'm new to this so it took me about 30 minutes with the help of my wife. I'm still very pleased with how easy it was even for a beginner like me.
